To cancel an appointment, you'll need to start by logging in to your Klarity Health Client Portal.  


IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING RESCHEDULING:  If you are trying to cancel an appointment within 24 hours, the portal will not allow you to do so.  You can only reschedule appointments or cancel them with 24 hours notice.

  1. Click on the Appointments tab on the left side menu. 
  2. Click on the three dots on the right side of the appointment box.
  3. If you wish to cancel, click the red "Cancel Appointment" option. A pop-up menu will ask you to confirm that you want to cancel the appointment.

Once you are logged in, visit the "Appointments" menu on the left hand side. 



This will open the appointments list, with all of your active, and past appointments.    


Locate the appointment you need to cancel and click the "actions" button.




To Cancel your appointment, choose the "Cancel" option from the dropdown.   

This will open a window requesting your cancelation reason. 

Please let us know your reason for cancelation.  


Once you have entered your reason for cancelation, you may use the red "Yes, cancel this appointment" button to confirm your cancellation.
