When booking your initial visit, you will be required to put a $10 deposit to secure your spot. Thereafter, you will be charged the remaining $139, 24 hours prior to your appointment time. 


Tips:


#1 - Ensure you register for your portal. You will be redirected to do so once you have confirmed payment. This is very important as this is where you will communicate with your provider, access appointments, and more.


#2 - To avoid cancelation, ensure your invoice is paid and your forms are completed 24 hours before your appointment time, or your provider may not join the visit.


#3 - Intake forms must be filled out 24 hours prior to your appointment so that the provider can review them before the visit.


#4 - Our cancelation policy requires you to cancel/reschedule 24 hours or more prior to your visit. However, we do understand life happens. If you should experience an extenuating circumstance, please let your provider know via direct message in the portal.    


#5- Ensure your device will be compatible for your visit. Use the link included in your appointment confirmation email to make sure you device will let you access the visit. If your using an iPhone, please access the visit using the Safari browser.
