Patients can communicate with their provider by messaging them in the patient portal. Please allow 72 hours for your provider to check patient messages and reply to them. If you have not received a response from the provider after 4 business days, you're encouraged to send your message to patientsupport@helloklarity.com and the care support team would love to help. They will respond Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST.
