Please kindly reschedule 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time. You may reschedule your appointment by logging into your patient portal. Please note you will need to have completed the portal registration to do so. You may request a cancellation by emailing us at patientsupport@helloklarity.com, or messaging your provider in the portal. 


Within 24 hours of an appointment:

Your provider takes time to review records before your appointment. To respect their time, we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.


If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, there are no refunds.

We are happy to reschedule your appointment, however, the entire appointment fee will be charged. Please email patientsupport@helloklarity.com for assistance.
