Late Policy:
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow for check-in.
- If you arrive past your appointment time, your provider will mark your appointment as missed/no-show.
- If you are late, your provider may wait for a few minutes if their schedule allows. If the session is shortened as a result of your lateness, the full service fee will still apply.
- If the appointment is marked as missed/no-show due to your lateness, you will be responsible for paying for the full session service fee.
Cancellations:
Free cancellations are available if done 24 hours or more before your appointment (initial visit deposit of $10 is non-refundable). Cancellations within 24 hours incur full service charges (the entire appointment service fee). This applies to same-day visits. For a package that includes more than one appointment, a 50% fee of the total package price applies.
Missed/No-show Policy:
If you miss your appointment there are no refunds. There are many reminders sent through email. We understand that life happens though - please message your provider first to try to come to a resolution. Then you may reach out to our support team at patientsupport@helloklarity.com for options after you miss an appointment.
