Absolutely not. There is no subscription or membership for any of the services provided by your licensed clinician. You may discontinue at any time by canceling any upcoming appointments you have scheduled. There are zero hidden fees.
Appointments are billed 24 hours before the appointment takes place. Should you need to cancel an appointment, you may do so with 24 hours or more notice and you'll receive a refund of your charges. You may also reschedule appointments with 24 hours or more notice without incurring additional fees.
*Please note that refunds are not available for appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time (even if booked same day), appointments marked missed, services already rendered due to dissatisfaction with the proposed treatment plan, or pharmacy issues with prescriptions or delays.
