Federal law requires that your provider be licensed in the same state that you have legal residency in or actively participate in an applicable licensure compact. There is no other option for a provider to prescribe you medications while in any other state. You will need to pick up those prescriptions in the state you have legal residency in.
Should you have travel plans, we recommend speaking with your provider at least 14 days ahead of time before your departure date. Please note that controlled medications adhere to strict DEA guidelines and early refills are not available.
