If you wish to cancel or reschedule your upcoming appointment, you can do so easily through your Klarity Patient Portal by following these steps:
- Log in to your Klarity Patient Portal using the link you received when you booked the appointment or go to this LINK.
- Navigate to the Appointments section.
- Select the appointment you wish to cancel or reschedule.

- Click the three-dot menu next to the “Confirm Appointment” button.
- Click “Cancel or reschedule appointment.”

⏳ Please note: Klarity’s billing policies require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations and reschedulings in order to receive a full refund.
