If you wish to cancel or reschedule your upcoming appointment, you can do so easily through your Klarity Patient Portal by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Klarity Patient Portal using the link you received when you booked the appointment or go to this LINK.
  2. Navigate to the Appointments section.
  3. Select the appointment you wish to cancel or reschedule.
  4. Click the three-dot menu next to the “Confirm Appointment” button.
  5. Click “Cancel  or reschedule appointment.”
