Klarity is a technology platform that supports independent clinicians who provide telehealth services at their own discretion. To ensure a smooth experience:
Patients are expected to complete intake forms, submit payment, and arrive on time to their scheduled appointments
While providers may offer flexibility, they are not obligated to repeatedly reschedule visits—especially if there is a lack of timely communication from the patient
Klarity does not guarantee specific clinical outcomes or prescription medications, but does ensure that patients receive a comprehensive evaluation by a board-certified practitioner
➡️ If you notice your review has been removed, it may have violated our guidelines or lacked sufficient detail. All reviews are taken seriously, reviewed thoughtfully, and shared with the provider for feedback and response.
If a review is found to be substantiated and appropriate, it will be published on the provider’s profile on the Hello Klarity website, where other patients can read and consider it when choosing their care.
